Decisive Battle with Hraesvelgr/Archive

Decisive Battle with Hraesvelgr (フラスベルグ決戦イベント) is a 2-part, time-limited Mission that takes place alongside Events. The whole event lasts two weeks total, with each part taking up one week. The mission was first held from February 1, 2021 ~ February 15, 2021.

Part 1 has players joining forces with a now purified Nidhogg in order to defeat the Apostles of Thunder (天雷の使徒), which are powerful pests summoned by Hraesvelgr. Part 2 has players damaging Hraesvelgr's giant Wings of Dawn (暁の羽), which are preventing the Flower Knights from making progress. To get closer to Hraesvelgr, the Wings of Dawn must first be weakened. Only then can Hraesvelgr (フラスベルグ), one of the Godly Guardian pests, be battled and finally defeated.

How to Play[]

Begin by clicking the Depart (出陣) button on the main screen.

Apostles of Thunder Nodes — Part 1 Main Interface

In Part 1, the purified Nidhogg's body acts as the main interface and consists of six Nodes that each represent a Body Part (部位). These Nodes are used to select stages and dispatch Flower Knights. Some are not available from the start however and must be unlocked by participating in the event through the acquisition of Subjugation Contributions. Note that unlocked Nodes in Part 1 of the event will not be carried over to Part 2. With each Node, you may select Direct Command (直接指揮), Delegated Attack (委任出撃), or Cancel (キャンセル).

Hraesvelgr Nodes — Part 2 Main Interface

In Part 2, Hraesvelgr acts as the main interface and also consists of six Nodes that each represent a Wing Part (部位). These Nodes are used to select stages and dispatch Flower Knights. Some are not available from the start however and must be unlocked by participating in the event by decreasing the Wings of Dawn Gauge. With each Node, you may select Direct Command (直接指揮), Delegated Attack (委任出撃), or Cancel (キャンセル).

Direct Command (直接指揮) allows the player to command their Flower Knights in a battle at no stamina cost, granting rewards if the team is successful. The player can only receive rewards up to 2 times a day per Node. Winning a battle will reduce that Node's count by 1, although a loss or retreat will not reduce your count. Players may still perform Direct Command when the count is at 0, however they will not receive any rewards. The number of times a player can earn rewards is noted in the Direct Command button and will reset at 04:00 (GMT+9) each day.

Delegated Attack (委任出撃) instead gives command to the Flower Knights and also does not cost stamina. The player chooses a period of time for a Node in hours (1/4/8/12) and the party they want to send. Note that you can have multiple attacks on the same Node simultaneously. The abilities of Flower Knights aren't relevant to the success of the attack because the party will always succeed. Parties performing a Delegated Attack are listed on the main interface's left pane, where their attack can be abruptly stopped for no rewards through the Retreat (退却) button. Additionally, units in these parties can still be used for Direct Command and any other subjugations.

Upon the party's return, pressing the Subjugation Complete (討伐完了) button will send rewards to the Present Box. If the event period ends before the player can claim their rewards, they will not receive them. The default number of Composition Slots is 3, though additional slots are obtainable by reaching Clear Points milestones.

Subjugation Contributions

In Part 1, players earn Subjugation Contributions (天雷の使徒　討伐貢献度) by completing Direct Command and Delegated Attack battles. Whenever you gain a certain amount of Subjugation Contributions, new Nodes will be unlocked. Subjugation Contributions increase even after all Nodes have been unlocked already, but they will not be carried over to Part 2 of the event.

Wings of Dawn Gauge

In Part 2, players don't earn contributions but instead deal damage to Hraesvelgr's Wings of Dawn (暁の羽). Completing Direct Command and Delegated Attack battles reduce the Wings of Dawn gauge, which represents their health. Whenever you drop the gauge down to a certain amount, new Nodes will be unlocked. When the gauge is dropped down to 0%, the final boss Hraesvelgr can be battled.

Clear Points[]

Players will also receive Clear Points (クリアポイント) for completing Direct Command and Delegated Attack battles. When a certain number of cumulative Clear Points is reached, Clear Point rewards will be earned and sent straight to the player’s Present Box. Reaching certain milestones for Clear Points will unlock additional Composition Slots (編成枠) for Delegated Attacks, meaning more attacks can be performed simultaneously. Both Clear Points and Composition Slots are shared between Part 1 and Part 2.

Bonus Requirements[]

Each Node’s Direct Command and Delegated Attack will have 2 Composition Bonus Requirements (編成ボーナス条件). By meeting these Requirements in battles, the player will receive bonus Clear Points in addition to bonus Subjugation Contributions earned (Part 1) or damage dealt to Wings of Dawn (Part 2). When selecting the party for a Delegated Attack, units will be formed automatically in accordance to that Node’s Composition Bonus Requirements. When a party meets a Composition Bonus Requirement, it will be signified with the text 条件達成!. To maximize gains, it is very important to meet the requirements if possible. Note that meeting Composition Bonus Requirements has no effect on other rewards (Flower Medals, Life Crystals, etc.)

Hraesvelgr Battle[]

In Part 2, the final boss Hraesvelgr can be fought once the 'Wings of Dawn' Gauge has been completely dropped down to 0%. The boss fight is done by clicking the flaming Hraesvelgr icon that appears in the center. You can fight in either the Beginner (初級) difficulty by selecting the green button or the Hard (破級) difficulty by selecting the purple button. The battle doesn't cost any stamina and there are no repercussions for retreating or losing.

Defeating the boss will grant the player with Breakthrough Rewards (突破報酬), which can only be earned once for each difficulty. However, the boss can be fought as many times as the player likes for no rewards.

Node Details[]

Every Node rewards Flower Medals regardless of if it was a Direct Command or Delegated Attack.
Nodes that are unlocked later have much better Flower Medal efficiency.
- Part 1 Efficiency: Lower Back > Middle Back > Upper Back > Right Fang > Left Fang = Head
- Part 2 Efficiency:
For Delegated Attacks:
- Flower Medal and Reward efficiency is not affected by the period of time selected. Each attack length gives the same rewards per hour.
- Clear Point and Contribution efficiency is affected by the period of time selected. Shorter length attacks give more per hour.
You can dispatch multiple Delegated Attacks on the same node, though you should ensure that each party manages to meet the bonus requirements in order to maximize rewards.
