Love Meter Heart Icon
Love Meter (ラブメーター) is a feature added on 2024/07/22 that allows the player to earn Danchou Titles for their favourite characters.

Love Meter Button
A character's Love Meter is viewed by going to Character Management, selecting a character, then clicking the pink Love Meter (ラブメーター) button that appears at the bottom-left of their character info. The Love Meter is only available to units that have Oath Affection unlocked. Additionally, the same Meter applies to all versions of the same girl, not just that unit. For example, the Love Meter of Snow Drop will be shared with Snow Drop (New Year).
If a character is lost because they were sold or consumed in Strengthening Synthesis, then their Love Meter progress will not be reset. Though keep in mind that players are unable to view the progression of any character that they don't own.

Love Meter Screen
The Love Meter has several ranks, with each rank rewarding the player with a Danchou Title. You can show off your love for a character by displaying these Titles in your Danchou Profile. On the Love Meter Screen, a list of all rewards can be viewed by clicking the brown button at the right-side labelled List of Rewards (報酬一覧).
A character's Love Meter rank will increase by 1 after obtaining a certain number of Love Hearts (ラブ・ハート). The image on the right shows that Habranthus will need 9 Love Hearts in order to increase from rank 0 to rank 1. Love Hearts can be obtained by gaining EXP. Characters gain EXP if they are set as the #1 Vice-Leader and participate in Subjugations. The amount of EXP they gain is equal to the amount of stamina spent. If the player uses a Skip Ticket to complete a stage, then the #1 Vice-Leader will gain EXP as if they had participated. Note that EXP cannot be gained from stages in Twilight Underlings or Decisive Battle with Hraesvelgr. Your #1 Vice-Leader can also gain EXP by completing songs in the Rhythm type of Event.
Furthermore, EXP can be earned outside of Subjugations through special items called Love Pieces (ラブ・ピース). These can be obtained through various means, for example they can be purchased from the Wares of a Rhythm Event. On the Love Meter Screen, Love Pieces can be given to a character by clicking the red button at the bottom-right labelled Gift (贈る).
