World Flower's Power Dungeon (世界花の力のダンジョン) is a High Difficulty Mission Type released on August 8th, 2022. Missions are split up based on the six Nations in the game - similar to Nation Defense Missions. Each Nation has five difficulties, ranging from easiest to hardest they are: Elementary Class, Intermediate Class, High Class, EX Class, and EX Destruction. The EX Class and EX Destruction stages are geared towards more advanced players. None of the stages allow for the use of Helper Squads.
- October 24th, 2022: Lotus Lake stages for were added, making all six Nations represented.
- December 26th, 2022: EX Destruction stages were added to each of the six Nations.

All enemies in these Missions will be marked with a Nation Icon. Flower Knights who are equipped with 6 Star Evolved Equipment and match the Nation of the enemy will be able to use their Nation Power. It allows them to deal +1.5x Weakness Damage. For example, Sparaxis is from Lotus Lake. If she possess 6 Star Evolved Equipment, she will deal bonus damage Weakness Damage to enemies with the Lotus Lake Icon. When selecting teams for a Subjugation, units with 6 Star Evolved Equipment will have a Nation indicator at the top-right of their icon.
Enemies can be marked with a Nation Icon outside of World Flower's Power Dungeon too, such as in the Infinite Mechanical Castle or the Event EX Dungeon.
